I'm actually planning to illustrate a children's book! It's going to be a nightmare that turns out being beautiful and full of unique monsters. Scheming to do this in collaboration with other artists. It'd be cool if it ended up being something interactive.

I don't sell my drawings and I have no plans to. If I ever do, I'll do it for people I support and will give them away without cost. I also plan to some day make apparel or accessories.

Update: I have a custom framework that I wrote myself that's my favorite. Most projects don't actually require a framework.. but I use jQuery for most things and ES6 modules or commonjs/requirejs UMD modules

I don't see what being young has to do with talent or interest. I've been designing websites since 1999 when the web wasn't nearly as complicated. The way the growth of the Internet happened, it's actually realistic to say that it grew up with me. Because of the age of the Internet, HTML, and CSS, no matter how old any web designer you meet is, they won't have any more experience than I have. As for interest, I've always been drawn to technology and puzzles. I like thinking and problem solving. The Internet, with it's fast growth and unlimited opportunity, offers me the perfect stimulus.

There's hardly any noticeable difference between a Mac and a PC with the same hardware running photoshop.. besides the 60% markup on the Apple computer. I use Illustrator for vector art, but my preferred platform is photoshop.

I am not judgmental. My analysis of people and personalities is based on probabilities and choosing the best guess out of many possible chance answers. I hardly ever guess wrong. That being said, the ignorance I'm speaking of is something that no person could possibly mask. Perhaps it's their intellectual limitation or their inability to develop an inquisitive mind. It might not even be their fault, but that doesn't make it any less unavoidably true.

Because I can. Do I need more reason than that? Why do you have a myspace, a twitter, or a facebook? Why should I give those websites control over my identity? Are you going to ask the same question to the countless others who have their own "official" domain name? Anybody can do it. The question is why you're choosing to single me out like I've committed a crime.

It's taken a long time to develop. I can't say that it comes from a single source. I'm more confident in some areas than I am in others. I'm comfortable with my personality and my abilities. I know my flaws, my weaknesses, and my strengths. When somebody comes along to destroy my confidence, I may take their opinion into consideration, but, ultimately, it's my opinion that matters. Confidence in yourself will bring you through the darkest of situations. In the end, who will be confident in me, if I'm not confident in myself?

My childhood was spent reading and learning. I've never been a time waster. My parents restricted me as much as they possibly could. They constantly took away my computers and books. Punishing me by removing anything they thought I might enjoy. I had straight A's in school without trying. Is there some advice I would give myself? There's nothing I could've done differently until I was free of my parents. By then it was too late, really. I'm still trying to figure out my life.

I'm a firm believer in anti-censorship. Destroying media or preventing it's release would never help anything. If I wanted to better humanity, I would add new media. That being said, I'm really not passionate about movies/tv or music. I feel that movies are a waste of time unless I'm learning something from them. Even then, it's much more efficient to have a living expert in front of me to interact with. Music is nice sometimes, but generally speaking, I would prefer silence.

Life is too hard right now. People with great potential aren't able to utilize it do to lack of opportunity or education. The majority of parents and children are lethargic, distracted, uneducated, and unskilled. Is there one thing I could change to prevent all this? If there is, it eludes me, but it is indescribably frustrating.
